Arbitration Experience

 

Urs Weber-Stecher acted as chairman, co-arbitrator, sole arbitrator and counsel in over 150 international and national arbitration proceedings (ICC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, DIS, VIAC, HKIAC, CEPANI, ZCC, UNCITRAL, ad hoc) in the fields of legal expertise and specialization listed in the following paragraph, involving substantive laws of Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, France, England, Germany, Hong Kong, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, USA and CISG, ex aequo et bono. ▶  Experience
